- In terms of travelling speed, it is necessary to maintain the efficiency of not less than 80% of the ambient temperature environment, and at the same time, it has the ability to start with 15% gradient.
- Track laying requirements are more stringent, the ground flatness error should be controlled at ≤3mm/m, through high-precision construction to reduce transfer trolley bumps and reduce component loss.
High Temperature Resistant Materials
- Adopts Q355NHD weather-resistant steel for the main structure, whose yield strength at 300℃ can still maintain more than 75% of the normal temperature.
- The tyres are made of silicone rubber composite material, which can maintain stable elasticity in 120℃ environment and reduce the wear rate by 40% compared with ordinary rubber tyres.
- Nano-ceramic heat-insulating coating is sprayed on the surface of key components, effectively blocking the external heat radiation.
Power System
- Electric transfer trolley needs to choose an effective DC motor and controller to provide stable power output and ensure smooth operation even in high-temperature environments.
- The transmission system adopts straight gears with hardened gear surface structure, which improves the transmission efficiency to more than 95%, and with the forced lubrication system, the gear temperature is controlled within 100℃.

- Heat Insulation Protection
The composite heat insulation layer of ceramic fibre board and aluminium silicate fibre mat is laid on the table surface of transfer trolley, which can reduce the ambient temperature of the electrical components under the table surface.
Battery box, cable trunks, and other critical areas are wrapped with removable rock wool insulation sleeve, combined with silicone rubber sealing tape to form a fully enclosed heat insulation space, preventing high temperature intrusion.
- Intelligent Heat Dissipation System
Temperature-controlled cooling fans are installed near the motor, controller, and other heat-generating parts, combined with heat sinks to increase the heat dissipation area. The hydraulic system adopts a heat exchanger to maintain the oil temperature in the optimal working range by circulating coolant.
- Safety Protection Mechanisms
The braking system is equipped with double devices. The limit switches are equipped with high-temperature-resistant proximity sensors, ensuring accurate positioning in high-temperature environments. Fluorescent high-temperature-resistant warning signs are installed on the body of heavy load transfer cart to remind the operator to keep a safe distance.

- Daily Maintenance
Tyre air pressure, braking system effectiveness, and cooling fan operation need to be checked before daily operation. Clean the surface of the equipment after each shift, focusing on removing dust and oil on the surface of the motor heat sink and hydraulic oil cooler to ensure smooth heat dissipation.
- Professional Maintenance
Perform in-depth maintenance every 500 hours, including motor insulation test, controller circuit board dust removal, hydraulic system fluid replacement and other items. Establish a standardised maintenance process for common faults in high-temperature environments to ensure maintenance efficiency and safety.
