The rail electric transfer car effectively solves the transportation problem of enterprises, not only saving a lot of human, material and financial resources but also reducing the risk factor, increasing productivity and bringing more economic benefits.

Based on the working principle, the installation of the electric transfer car track requires that the electric transfer car differs from the installation of the normal track, which requires that the track transfer cars should be kept away from each other to reach the resistance value. The difference between track installation and normal track installation is the addition of flexible insulation pads under each track pressure plate. The copper rods are mounted on the rails and bolted together, i.e. the channel is first welded to the side of the rail and then the copper rods are bolted to the channel. Resistance testing of the welded joints is carried out with copper welding tape. After the track and copper rods are installed, the track resistance test is performed.

Measures to prevent the installation of rail electric transfer car welding slag: to correctly select the welding material, control the content of sulphur and phosphorus of the base material, in the process, to choose the appropriate welding parameters, so that the melt pool does not exist for too short a time. If it is multi-layer welding, pay attention to clearing the clean front welding slag, correct transport bar, in order to facilitate the floating of slag.

According to the routine, we use a multimeter, ohmmeter and other tools for testing, but according to the actual situation on-site, because of the rusty surface of the track, or the bad contact between the bolt and the track, between the bolt and the rebar, we often can't get the actual value, and can't accurately express whether the track resistance meets the requirements, so we use the welding machine for testing, which is intuitive and clear, and the experimental results are accurate. The specific method is: connect one end of the welding machine ground wire to one track and weld the other track with a welding torch. If only induction sparks are produced, they cannot be welded, indicating that the resistance value meets the requirements. If welding slag is produced, it means that the current is connected and the resistance does not meet the requirement. The concealed track is divided into two parts: the track pressure plate and the copper rod.
