It has the advantages of a wide range of applications, DC motor is not easy to burn compared with the AC motor, large starting torque and strong overload capacity. It has greater safety performance and mobility flexibility than KPJ and KPD series flat cars and can run on curves and turnouts, and the running distance is not limited, and there is no insulation requirement for the track, so the construction is convenient and inexpensive.

KPZ series turntable rail changer is the supporting equipment of electric transfer car. When the production process line needs to turn, and the electric transfer car can not meet its requirements, can be equipped with a turntable rail change car. kpz series turntable rail change transfer car can be divided into manual and electric two kinds.

The reel powered flat car is powered by cable reel AC 380V. The cable reel is hysteresis coupled to ensure that the cable is not easily pulled badly under uniform force. The AC 380V provides power to the YZ motor for lifting metallurgy on the flat car, and the motor drags the flat car to run. When the flat car is running, the cable reel automatically rolls up or puts out the cable, which is affected by the length of power supply of the reel, and the general running distance is less than 200m.
