Working principle of BWP trackless electric transfer vehicle

2021-11-25

BWP trackless flat car is an electric transfer car powered by a battery. DC motor has the advantages of not being easy to burn, large starting torque and strong overload capacity compared with AC motor. The battery is installed on the flat car to provide power to the DC traction motor directly, the solid rubber wheel can rotate in any direction, and the electrical control system gives orders to the DC motor to drive the electric transfer car to run various actions by remote control, such as start, stop, forward, backward, left turn, right turn and speed regulation.

BWP trackless flat car is powered by battery, electric steering, motor drives rubber wheels through reducer, no need to lay steel rails on the ground, it can run on the flat and hard road inside the factory, with good maneuverability. The tires are made of solid polyurethane rubber wheels. The battery is used for traction, and the motor is industrial traction DC motor. Two kinds of control methods are standard: wireless remote control and wire control. The power source of the trackless car comes from the lead-acid battery pack inside the car body, and the motor is controlled by the onboard control box to provide power to the transmission system and drive the whole car to start and stop. The operation mode is usually the handle and wireless remote control.

The battery of BWP trackless electric transfer car is placed inside the dolly, which provides power to the motor through the electrical control module, thus providing power to the reducer to drive the wheel drive system, and operates the operation and stopping of the dolly through the operating handle or wireless remote control. The steering wheel guides the direction and carries the total weight together with the load-bearing wheel, and the battery inside the car body provides energy to the motor through the electrical control box, so that the reducer amplifies the torque to provide power to the dolly and drive the dolly to run and stop.
