Precast concrete products are widely used in the construction and municipal fields, and commonly include wall panels, blocks, pipes, floor slabs, and beams. The physical characteristics of each type of product vary greatly, either flat and wide, or cylindrical,l and the weight increases with the size, which brings difficulties to transportation.
Forklift is limited by the load and operating range; it is only for lightweight, small parts, and can not meet the heavy, large-sized components of long-distance transit. Although the crane can lift heavy components, its flexibility is poor, and it can not be transferred continuously, and is easy to cause damage to the products. The site requirements are harsh, with limited applicability.

Case Study
The client is a large manufacturer of precast concrete components in Thailand, specializing in municipal engineering components such as precast wall panels, concrete pipes, and bridge girders.
The customer’s core requirement was the transportation of concrete piles, concrete poles, and hollow core slabs. Transportation distances covered from the production line to the curing area in the workshop, as well as from the finished product area to the storage area, with a span of approximately 80 meters. In addition, frequent movements between indoor and outdoor areas were required.

Two heavy duty industrial carts were customized to meet the customer’s needs, with core configurations including:
- 35-ton rated load reinforced steel frame and adjustable loading platforms for different products.
- Large-capacity lithium battery pack with an endurance of 8 hours of continuous operation and a charging time of 2 hours.
- High-precision motors and gearboxes with intelligent control systems to achieve smooth starting and stopping and precise positioning.

What is Heavy Duty Battery Powered Transfer Cart?
Battery powered transfer cart is a kind of heavy-duty material handling equipment with lithium battery as the power source, running along a special track, mainly used for carrying ultra-heavy, large-sized materials over short distances, continuous transfer, widely used in heavy industry, building materials, metallurgy, and other industries.
